Synopsis: A San Diego family gets together for a barbecue on the Fourth of July and ends up watching a member of the family being chased by the police on TV.

Notes: The movie will use free public-domain footage of high-speed chases shot by police departments for most of the chase scenes. This free footage will be intercut with original footage of the family's story at the suburban house. The filmmakers plan to release a "template package" to make it easy for anyone to remake the film. That package will include the public-domain chase footage, the script and storyboards. So you'll be able to do a remake of the movie by just shooting your own scenes of your own actors at a suburban house.
